My Approach
I take an approach that I like to call "congenially aggressive." When I am working with you, I will always be accessible and easygoing, listening carefully to your questions and concerns. When representing you in hearings, negotiations or other proceedings, I will give top priority to your needs and interests, and will be a staunch and relentless advocate for your rights.
If there are insufficient facts to either charge you or convict you, I will work tirelessly to see that those charges are dismissed. If a guilty verdict is likely at trial, and you want to minimize the impact, I will work hard to get an acceptable plea bargain. If the only way to fully protect your rights is to take your case to a judge and jury, I will exhaustively prepare your case and take it to trial.
